My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were bigger than usual, which was a pleasant surprise, but the lack of privacy due to the window facing the internal passageway was a downside. However, the room was spacious and conveniently close to the wireless router. The service was a bit hit or miss - there were difficulties in getting a refund and reaching the manager, but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with various needs. The location was both bustling and close to the center of Ushuaia, with easy access to dining options and amenities. The dining experience offered limited options but was diverse and fresh overall. Facilities were generally adequate, with some room for improvement.
